NOTE: Patch for previously released 2.2 Upgrade is now ready

Do not install any other files if patching the previous release.

Below are the files that are needed to get to Alternate B. The DirectX 9.0b link will
open in a new window. Files are to be installed in the order given. A link to DirectX
9.0c will be added soon.

Offering a different look to your shields. I'm using two zip files that replace the
standard shields, "LaForge's Shield Pack" and "No Shields". You can see examples of them
in the "Klingon Crunch" complete storyline. Or download them and take a look. Laforge's
shield pack actually replaces the shields under fire while the no shields pack makes the
standard shields invisible.

By James Formo. Replaces stock tractor beam. Looks nice. For you Borg out there, it does not
show up once your weapon tractor is engaged. I'm going to work on adding in the tractor weapon
soon.
New Tractor

This is a modification to the tractor beam by James Formo. It replaces the stock tractor beam
weapon of the Borg vessels. Looks nice when combined with the tractor beam by James.

Replaces the stock tractor beam weapon of the Borg vessels.
New Borg Cutting Beam

Replaces the stock Tachyon beam weapon. Can be used by all races. Follow the instructions
in the readme to install to the correct folder. Comes with 3 colors; Blue, Green, and Red.
Tachyon Beam

Replaces the stock Tactical Display. There is one tactical display for each race. Follow the
instructions in the readme to install to the correct folder. Also includes the original dispay.

What, you may be asking, is a taunt. Well, when in battle you can "taunt" your opponent
with some witty (and some not so witty) verbal dialog. By pressing and holding the shift
key and then pressing one of the function keys (i.e. F1, F2, etc.) you can activate one
of these taunts. Each race has them and they should work. The download just gives
you some extras that you can put in the place of the ones provided with the game.
